Hahahaha... nervous, awkward, fun, exciting, stiff - I felt them all!! I definitely need a lot more practice haha! So enjoy some of the photos from my first ever photoshoot!! Photos were taken by Hafiz Atan.

First, the company asked for a photo of only myself.

Then, a photo with my dearest hubby, Mr Asyraf.

Then, a photo with the car achieved through the Car Fund :). Alhamdulillah, I got this car after about only 1 year in the business...

Then I figured, why not take a family photo? So here's Aisyah Alyssa posing for the camera.. You go girl!!

My beloved family.. The real reason why I do this business, and my motivation to keep going forward, despite any obstacles and challenges. I love you both!!!

I gotta admit, the photoshoot experience was a lot of fun!! Hmm, I foresee another one coming in the future.. MOST DEFINITELY :D.

The BIG event is tonight...

... and I'm sooo freaking nervous!!!

I'm not feeling well, coughing and sneezing, luckily fever is gone though..

My dress is still not completely ready... Still some tweakings to be done by the designer...

To make things worse, I'm breaking out in pimples!! GOSH!!!!! I haven't had pimples for years now, could this be a stress thing??? STOP IT!!

OMG, this is nervewrecking!!

Imagine fumbling in front of nearly 10,000 people??!!! Nationwide? In front of the cameras? And media??!!

What if I missed a step and fall down??

What if I trip on my dress??

What if I sneeze or cough right when I'm accepting the award??!!

OH MY GOD I'M FREAKING OUT!!!!!!

You know who you are, and you know that I'm so very, very proud of you all :)

I really can't wait to go and have fun with you guys again!!

Anybody can go on any trip on their own if they have the funds for it,

but not anyone can go on FREE VIP TRIPS together with their BEST BUDDIES,

Fashion Tips!! For Plus Size, Curvy People Like Me....

Alhamdulillah... so many awesome things have happened recently!! But today I feel like taking a short break from writing about the biz, and write about other things that I'm also passionate about :).

PLUS SIZE FASHION!

Yes, yes, for those who are like me, who aren't exactly in the sizes 0 - 12 category, sometimes it is quite difficult to get the right look and the right fit.

Most of us (me included before I knew any better) resign to wearing big, baggy, shapeless garbs which just DO NOT FLATTER. As I call it, "makcik" clothes hehe...

How makcik do I look??!!! Shapeless, baggy, totally unflattering clothing!!! Sorry I couldn't find an even makcik-er photo, I didn't like taking pictures back then...

Hey, we wanna look stylish too!!

Yes, there are stores that offer plus size clothing, but based on my experience, some of them do not take into account the woman's curves.

What do I mean?

Not only am I a plus size woman, I am also a CURVY woman.

I have assets on the front and the back :P.

So it's super annoying, when EVEN trying out plus size outfits of my size, that my chest don't fit!!

So I normally end up having to go for a larger size - and having clothes that fit my chest, but not the rest of my body!

The waistline's too big, the shoulder's too big, everything ends up looking baggy on me, and I end up looking even bigger than I am.

A definite NO NO for big people. The aim is to look SMALLER, people :).

So, after much painstaking research (more like tons of shopping hehe), I've found several looks that I think work for my body type. I've gotten some compliments on these looks - most of which, people say that I look much slimmer than I really am! Haha YES!!

So let me share some of them ok. Hope you can also get some ideas on what might work for you :).

Fitted dress from Elle, leggings, and cardigan from Ms Read. Necklace is from Aldo. Paired with some shiny flats. This combination works because it fits my curve, not baggy so my waist looks small. In fact, even my hips and legs look smaller too. The bottom half of the dress is dark in color so that also helps. BUT, I am conscious about looking too sexy and chesty-licious (haha!) so i wear the cardigan on top, which is also black, so it helps me to look less top-heavy and have smaller arms :). I love this cardigan because the material is heavy, it falls nicely and doesn't add bulk.

I recently fell in love with the new store, FLOW. They have beautiful and practical pieces, and best of all, they cater specifically for CURVY people of all sizes. Look at this gorgeous yet simple dress. No fuss, clean lines and super comfy to wear. It's almost as comfy as a t-shirt, I'm not kidding you. I wear this top with either leggings or slim-fit jeans. Straight cut pants don't work with this top. Since the top is too simple, I pair it with chain belt from Orioli. If you don't want the belt, wear a long necklace instead. I love big rings - this one I purchased while on the FOC VIP trip to Perth :).

Haha, not the best pose here. I look kinda short here. And yes, another purple outfit! It's not that I love purple (oh wait, I DO!! Haha), but I happen to only have these photos for the moment. I promise I'll share other colors too next time.

The long black dress and the purple cardigan were both purchased in Perth, Australia. But my tip for this outfit is - find a dress with heavier material that slightly clings (but not too much) so that it falls nicely, and pair it with a long, FITTED cardigan. I have a shorter cardigan too, but it doesn't work with this dress. It makes my butt look big. And don't wear it with cardigans that are shapeless or too bulky. The material on this one is very thin, it is slightly flowy, and it is fitted. I love it! (I have another exact one in red :D). The dress is straight and shapeless so I pair it with the chain belt, also from Orioli.

And of course, underneath all of these outfits is my ever-loyal, ever-supportive, ever-COMFY daily companion, the Premium Beautiful corset. As I go about the day wearing it, it helps to reshape (as in RE-shape = long term, not short term) and improve my health (with the built in, super beneficial FIR) while making clothes look even, even more flattering on me :).

No bumps, folds and flabs anywhere.

And that is CONFIDENCE that money just can't buy :).

Fridge magnet!!! Ooohhh this is an obsession of mine.. My fridge doors are LITERALLY running out of space... because of all the fridge magnets I've collected over the years! I also still have some left.. Want one? U know what to do? Just ring me :)

These blankets are super soft and comfy.. and I went crazy and bought SIX of them!! Luckily I brought those extra luggages...

My handbag!!! It's the one on display, right at the store's window.. hehe.. let it be a mystery..... I don't think anyone in Malaysia has this handbag, so I guess that makes me unique woo-hoo!!!

My little princess Aisyah with her Sleeping Beauty gown.. she loves it!! And it fits her!! YEAYYY!!! MUMMY LOVES YOU SAYANG!!!!

So that was the end of the Hong Kong trip.. Had a great time, especially in Disney, and ooohhhh... the shopping.. THE SHOPPING.... it's indescribable!!!!! I wanna go there again!! And shop some more!!!!

But best of all, this trip was extra meaningful because I went with a lot of my closest friends, people whom, a few months ago I didn't even know, but know are my best buddies... Because we grow together in the business, and we help each other and treat each other with respect.. And we really do love each other as much too.. I LOVE YOU GUYS!! You know who you are!!!

Hong Kong Here We Come... Day 3

Okey, today was shopping day!!! So we were all anxious and excited to get started! Hey, this is Hong Kong after all!! Gucci, Prada, Givenchy, Louis Vuitton, here we come!!!

Wahhh... First order of the day- group photo!! Theme for today is purple. Then, SHOPPING!!!!!!

Hehe.. Disneyland was over, but I kept this on all the way until Malaysia.. I mean hey, why not? I LOVE this thing. But I definitely got some curious stares laaa hahaha... Imagine walking around in the (very high-end, posh) malls with this over your head! Hahahahahaha....

Had our lunch at the local Mosque.. turns out, there is quite a big Muslim population in Hong Kong. Alhamdulillah. Oh and yes, the food was super super YUMMY!!!

Wahhh termenung panjang tuuu hehehe... *Melancholic moment*.

On the bus, they gave the mic to those who are first-timers on our company trip... Since this was my 3rd, obviously I didn't qualify hahaha. Dewi here is one of my most inspiring biz partners, was a pharmacist with 2 kids, and was educated in the UK. Dewi is one of many, many professionals who grabbed the opportunity to generate solid income with this business. And Alhamdulillah, she is now one of the top in the group!! Tahniah Dewi!!!

The last night on the trip, is Gala Night. It was super grand, held in the L'Hotel grand ballroom where we were staying. The company even arranged for performances including this lion dance, the mask changing act, and some dances. Cool.... Wish i have some photos of the mask changing act tho.. That was super cool.. The guy had several wooden masks on, and u can't even see it when he changed into each one. Super slick and fast. Craaazyyy cool...

Awesome food!!! The selection was hugeeeeeee... Ni sikit je ni.. I only showed you this one hehe..

Each of us got a token from the company to commemorate our trip here :). The bunny is to show that this year is the year of the Bunny (Chinese calendar). That's the thing that I love about this biz, you get soooo many rewards for each of your achievements. Every trip, you'll get a gift that just reminds you of how special you are to the company. I love that :). It makes you feel appreciated. And the income helps too :) :) :)

My beloved biz partner, Hane Hassan with her hubby, Hannan. Hehe, she was a very (and still is) anti-social type, who didn't like to make friends. Didn't have many friends either when she started. But yet, she is one of the best in the business now!! Even broke a record in the company for achieving RM100,000 sales in only 2 MONTHS!!!!!! And about to become our Double Diamond Manager this month :). Her income is in the 5-figures okeyyyy!!! Who says you need friends to be successful in biz? Congrats Hane!!! Oh ye, she build the business while being pregnant. And WORKING full time as an engineer in Oil & Gas. HEBAT!!!! KEEP IT UP GIRL!!!

My beloved biz partner Nurul and newly-wed hubby, Emil. This was in fact, their honeymoon trip!! How cool is that??!! COMPLETELY FREE VIP 5-STAR HONEYMOON TRIP!!!! She is also about to become a Double Diamond Manager soon :). You go girl!!!!! And oh yes, she is also currently pregnant. The power of our product, PB :). And you know what? She is also working full time while doing this biz part time, while (obviously) being pregnant full-time (hahahahaha). TAHNIAH NURUL!!!

With my beloved biz partners Dewi and Atiqah. They are sisters. Gorgeous girls!! But super super motivated and committed to the business! Dewi (see prev photo) like I said is a mother of 2, a former PHARMACIST, and is also about to become a Double Diamond Manager soon! And Atiqah is a STUDENT who will be a Diamond Sales Manager very, very soon. Who says students can't do the business? When there is a will, there is a way. Imagine, while her friends get pocket money of hundreds, she gets THOUSANDS :) :) :). And with Aunty Dina who is the mother of my beloved biz partner Wafa. Wafa couldn't make it on the trip (because she's in the UK), so she invited her mother to enjoy the trip instead. What a lovely thing to do!! *And how lucky is Aunty Dina??!*

My beloved biz partner, Intan Nooramalina with her hubby, Epul. She is also one of my super top biz partners! And also about to be crowned as Double Diamond Manager very, very soon! She used to be in a large Oil & Gas corporation, but has resigned. No, you don't have to resign to do this biz. After all, this is a PART-TIME business but with solid FULL-TIME income. But she did. Reason? Simple - She is HAPPIER now, with much better income :). And no more office politics. Yeay!! Good for you, girl!!! Oh and yes, she is also currently pregnant with her second child (the first is barely 1 year old). Despite having a small baby, and another one on the way, that didn't stop her for excelling in this biz. TAHNIAH INTAN!!!

Intan with another beloved biz partner, Nur Fadzliah. She is also about to be a Double Diamond Manager soon!! For your info, Nur is a LECTURER who is on study leave :). And decided to make full use of her study leave time. And what did she do?? She joined our team. And generated serious 4 to 5- figure incomes :). WHILE ON STUDY LEAVE. And her network now spans ALL ACROSS MALAYSIA, from North to South, East to West. Hebat sungguh Nur... Super committed, motivated, positive and dedicated leader to her biz partners. TAHNIAH NUR!!!

My beloved biz partner, Nurul Azura with her hubby, Nik. Gorgeous girl! So tall and lean, but even she admitted she needed help with the tummy area after the birth of her son, Qaid. And instead of just using the product, she decided to turn PB into a very profitable business. She is also another Double Diamond Manager in the making!! And she did all this while working full time in the government, being a mother to baby Qaid, and guess what? With also ANOTHER BABY on the way!!!!! Wowwwwwww, PB = Baby Makers hahahaha. TAHNIAH ZURA!!!!!

The happy bunch. I was so happy, being surrounded by my beloved biz partners, my beloved leaders Hanis and Salha, and other positive, motivated people. Like they say, "Adik beradik dalam biz".. TAHNIAH EVERYONE!! NEXT IS HOLLAND + BELGIUM!!!!!!

This marked the end of Day 3, and the end of the Hong Kong trip. But don't be surprised, my personal Hong Kong adventure is far from over. While people were busy checking out of the hotel and heading to the airport, I still had some mischief up my sleeve hehehe. Check out my next entry!!!

Wahhh... Bestnya Day 1 kat Hong Kong... Haaa... but Day 2 was even better... the day that me and my biz partners have been looking fwd to for months.... It's DISNEYLAND day!!!!!!

They are both new to the business, but not only managed to qualify for themselves, but also managed to bring their biz partners on the trip as well!! Intan is an ex-oil and gas staff, Dewi is a pharmacist. Both lives changed when they found us :). Intan's hubby was filming from below :D

Weeee... super excited about the Pooh ride!! WE LOVE POOH!!! - With Nurul (with hubby Emil.. they r newlyweds and qualified for the trip! What a great honeymoon!!), Zura and Nik, Dewi and sister Tiqah, Nur, and Intan :). Love you guys!!!!

Every nook and cranny in Disneyland is meticulously planned. Everywhere you turned, it was just MAGICAL. This was in a small corner where we were waiting to regroup. I think this is Sleeping Beauty and her Prince.

Hehehe... I chose to go as a princess for the day!! There were sooo many selections of Minnie/Mickey ears, it was difficult to choose!!!

We were waiting to catch the Lion King show.... Photo op!!!

Got tons and tons and tons of videos of the show... Photos, not so much. But seriously, the show was AWESOME!!!! *I was so happy, I was in tears hahaha*

Our super yummy lunch in the Disney cafeteria.. YUMMM!!! And you know what? It is HALAL :)

I thought this was really cool.. The rocket spews water mist - so you can get cool under it :) while at the same time it looks like it's about to take off. See? Ingenious.

PARADE!!! The one everyone was eagerly waiting for the whole day!! And we got the best seats in the house! Again, I had tons of videos, but not so many photos :). I love the parade, it was super duper magical and it just made me giddy like a little girl.

Okeyyy... penat dahh... Sooo tired.. So as we headed out, we took pictures of this crazy cool statue.. Just so u know, the surfing Mickey statue is not supported by anything else except the water coming from the fountain. 24-7-365. Cool eh?

Tonight, we decided to cram in some more last minute shopping at Ladies Market.. NO, WE WERE NOT TIRED (haha yeaaaa right..... But the thought of more shopping kept us energized!!)

I love Day 2!! I love Disneyland!!!! This is not my first time to Disney; I've been to Tokyo Disneyland, and the super duper Disney World in Florida... But maannn, each time was better than the last!! And each time, I was high on happiness and giddyness!! It truly was a magical experience...

Hmmm... I wanna go there again... Maybe the company will organize another trip to Disney soon? Perhapsss... Disneyland Paris?? *Wink wink wink*

A Thousand Excuses?? No way!

Masya Allah... lama sungguh liza tak update blog... I can give a thousand excuses, but I will not. I will give only 5. Hahahaha...

1) Liza and Asyraf dapat pegi ke HONG KONG, courtesy of the PB biz again! Alhamdulillah, another FOC super-VIP trip, pegi beramai2 bersama2 kumpulan PB tersayang... Nanti Liza akan post the pictures in the following entry okehhhh...

2) Balik from Hong Kong, terus masuk HOSPITAL bersama2 Aisyah... kami sekeluarga kena FOOD POISONING... Teruk juga sampai kena masuk drip... Kesian Aisyah, kurus sgt dia.. Pegang badan dia dpt rasa rangka huhuhuu... Hampir seminggu kami warded in SJMC (or now known as SDMC)...

3) Keluar hospital je, the next day terus ke Madinah dan Mekah utk menunaikan ibadah UMRAH... Alhamdulillah, murah rezeki kami sekeluarga dpt pergi walaupun dalam keadaan yg tidak sempurna... Also Liza akan post some pictures in the coming entry okehhh...

4) Balik je Umrah, sambung SAKIT MAKIT... Liza demam, sakit mata kanan, batuk, demam, sakit mata kiri, demam, selesema, batuk, demam, batuk... Yup, in that order silih2 berganti.... Dekat sebulan juga kena kali ni... Doctor kata teruk sikit becoz sakit sebelum Umrah (stomach infection aka food poisoning) tu belum betul2 okey... Sorry, no pictures of me being sick hahahaaa..

5) Internet pula buat hal. Laptop pun buat hal. Asyik DOWN dan ROSAK. Asyik hilaaaannngggg je posting yg Liza dah draft.. Fedup sungguh I..!! Last last geram sgt, terus je pegi beli Desktop last week, and upgrade internet to Unifi terus. Habis cerita.

Okies, saja nak bagi quick update. Nantikan my next entries yaaaa!!!

Hahaha... if u olls nak tau, itulah alkisah ceritanya time hari Liza pegi ambil kereta.... Punyalaa excited pickup my new car, lupa nak tanya the details pasal kereta tu hehehe... Pastu on the way balik, hujan pulak dah... Adoi...nasib baik tak lebat :P.. Panic jugak sekejap hahahaa..

Hmmm... all I can say is, Alhamdulillah, my dream car finally!!! Akhirnya tercapai!!! ALHAMDULILLAH....

Hitam itu menawan!!!

Actually, this is not my dream car. This is OUR dream car (Liza and Hubby)... coz dia sangat suka Mercedes baru ni... And specifically dia cakap ambil yang warna hitam... Plus, tanpa support from my hubby, tak sampailah Liza ke tahap ini... Thank you so much Sayang... I love you very very much!!

Never in a million years, Liza sangka dapat drive a Mercedes ke, BMW ke, any luxury car lah... At least not anytime soon.... Maybe one day, IF Liza kerja kuat2 kat office, IF Liza naik pangkat byk2, dan IF Liza dah kumpul savings byk2, baru boleh beli... and maybe lah by that time, Liza pun dah close to 50 years old... Itupun IF lah Liza panjang umur... Banyak juga "IF" tuuuu huhuu....

But to buy one at my age? Tidak sekali-kali. I never thought it is possible...

Liza still ingat time mula2 start bisnes dulu..... terpegun jeee tgk kereta2 CDM berbaris masa hari Anugerah.... Liza tengok semuanya muda2 je... some tu, humble je background, kerja biasa2.. ada yg housewife pun ada... Perasaan jeles pun ada... Menjadikan Liza geram, but in a good way :).. Hehe...

Hmmm, secretly inside, Liza pasang angan2... satu hari, Liza pun nak bawa satu juga....boleh tak agaknya?

Tapi mcm malu nak cakap kat orang, coz iyelah, nanti orang gelak2kan Liza... "Elehhhh awak baru start biz tak payahlah nak berangannnn...!!"

Tapi sebenarnya, Liza silap. Coz setiap kejayaan mesti bermula dgn impian. Angan-angan, impian, harapan, cita-cita... itulah titik permulaan kita nak berjaya. Biarlah apa orang nak kata, tapi impian adalah milik kita.

And now, Alhamdulillah, after just about 1 YEAR of berbisnes, my dream car akhirnya tercapai!!! Terketar ketar juga drive balik from dealership hari tu huhu... sbb tak penah bawa kereta besar! Pastu siap dgn AMG body kit, dgn full skirting semua..so kena hati2 naik bumps and time parking hehe...

Aisyah said "Ooooooohhhh...." :) hehe geram mummy dgn muncung Aisyah.. cam nak kiss!! Muahhs!!

But the driving experience? MasyaAllah.... memang tak dapat nak digambarkan... Betullah orang kata, kena cuba baru tahu hehe... Tersangat2 selesa dan smooth... Bila mula2 turn on engine, Liza ingat belum on lagi, coz engine senyap sangat!! Seats yang sangat selesa, sound system, functions yg pelbagai.. and best of all, the car can make phone calls!! Liza sukee sgt2!! Hehe takyah dah pakai handsfree ;P.. Pastu bila bawak laju sikit pun tak perasan... *Uh-oh.. kena hati-hati jgn sampai kena speeding ticket!! Heheee*

And of course, my baby ambil peluang bergambar... dia mmg sangat sukeee posing heheheee... Tak tau mana datang talent posing tu huhu... Dia yang excited sangat hehe.. Kecik2 pun pandai yeee.... Waduh waduhh...

Aisyah, nanti kita gi jalan-jalan naik kereta baru nak? Hehe.. puas hati dapat bawa anak naik kereta yang sangat high safety ratings, dan sangat luas dan selesa.... Mudah2an kita selamat sampai ke destinasi sentiasa InsyaAllah....

What exactly is infrared, or radiant heat?

I Tried. And I Made It.

Salam sayang untuk semuaaa.... Today Liza nak share this story about this boy, William Kamkwamba. Maybe some have already heard about this story, but it's ok, Liza saja nak share..

William lived in a very remote village in Malawi. This village was so remote, they didn't have any electricity at all. Imagine having to still use candles in this day and age!! And their only living means was farming.

One year, famine devastated their crops and they were left starving! William's family had to cut their meals to only once a day, and sometimes, even went without food. Aid never came to them because nobody outside the village was even aware of their conditions. After all, the only residents of the village were William's families and relatives too. And he was still just a boy when this happened.

Can we imagine not feeding our children every day?

The amazing thing is, instead of complaining of his family's conditions, or blaming the government for not trying harder, or waiting for his luck to change, he took it upon himself to DO SOMETHING.

Using spare parts and scraps salvaged from around him, and rough plans he found in a library book, he built his family an electricity-generating windmill. He made a pulley from an old bicycle frame; used bamboos for the tower frame; and he melted plastic pipes to make the blades. With it, he single-handedly (with his cousin's help) brought electricity to his village. And guess what?

HE WAS ONLY 14.

The reason I'm sharing this with all my readers is because Liza tahu, sometimes things turn out badly in our life, or maybe our conditions are not as good as we had hoped for, or perhaps it's just that sudden realization that, "Hey! My family deserves more than this!! This can't be the best that I can do for them...!!"

And yes, sometimes we are faced by challenges that make it slightly harder for us to achieve our goals.. but have faith, that with great challenges come GREAT REWARDS!!

.... to Perth's ECONOMY, that is!!!

When we were in Perth, I was soooo surprised by how cheap the souvenirs were!!! Liza pun apa lagi, grabbed a basket and pakai ammmbiiiikkkkk jeeee anything within my sight!! Tak sempat fikir pun berapa harga lepas convert.. or how many people I needed to buy souvenirs for.. Pakai ambikkkk je... "Okey Sayang, let's grab 10 bags, 10 t-shirts, 50 kangaroos and koalas, 30 pens, 20 keychains, 10 fridge magnets..... and so on and so on....."

And that was only the FIRST NIGHT....!!

Belum lagi termasuk time we went shopping at the Harbour Town Factory Outlet!! OMG OMG OMG!!! CLOTHESS!! CLOTHESSS!!! And MORE CLOTHES!!!! And they were in my sizes too!! Seronokkk sgt sgt since it is quite difficult to get clothes for curvy people in Malaysia... Plus size, yes there are many options, but there are not too many flattering options for those who are curvy as well.. So you can imagine how crazy I went in Perth hari tu...

Not to mention the jewelry... OH MY OH MY OH MY.... yup, you will see what I mean hehehe... :D

And then we also shopped in Fremantle... laagiii satu shopping spot yang sgt2 best!!! Got soo many cool stuffs here too :P. Tapi serik sikit coz the day before terlalu asyik bershopping sampai Liza dan Asyraf were the last one to board the bus balik huhu... Siap dapat "tepukan gemuruh" from the whole bus tuuu.. Adoiii malu... malu... :P

Hehe kelakar sangat bila fikir2 balik... habisss jatuh2 all the t-shirts in the store coz semua orang went nuts!! Semua pakat tariiikkkk je t-shirts from the shelves... Sampai Liza terasa cam guilty sikit (coz Liza adalah antara culprit terbesar heheheee...) so I actually apologized to the storeowner hehe.. And luckily, he was really mellow and said, "NO PROBLEM, MATE!!" Hehe thanks for letting us wreak havoc in your store!!

But seriously suke hati betul Liza shopping kat sana hehe... Bila shopping tak fikir budget.. Coz Alhamdulillah, this time travel memang budget for shopping lebih sikit compared to Swiss hari tu :P... And also, because trip ni kan completely 100% FOC, so semua duit yg Liza bawak memang dah solely for shopping only hehehe...

Yang kelakarnya tu, everyday once balik ke hotel, Liza penat dan malas sangat nak sort out balik apa yang Liza dah beli.... So end up on the last night while packing tu baru I truly realized what I have done.

OH MY GOD!!!!! WHAT HAVE I DONE??!!!!! DID I SERIOUSLY BUY THESE MUCH STUFF??!!

Nak tau betapa banyak damage Liza buat masa kat Perth?? Well, the pictures are worth a thousand words.. Jom sama2 tengok apa hasil tangkapan Liza sepanjang di Perth hari tu yeeee....

Hoho Liza pun terkejut that I bought sooo many thingss.... Langsung x sedar until I laid them all out!!

Found tons of interesting jewelry!! Some of the designs memang sgt unik... Itu yg borong tak ingat dunia punyaaa...

What can I say? CLOTHES!!! CLOTHESS!! CLOTHESSSS!!!! Rasa2nya clothes saja pun Liza lebur dekat RM3000 huhuhuuu... Asal nampak je yang okay with my body, terus angkut!! Cardigan saja pun Liza beli sampai 4..!!!

Perfumes!!!! These are not exactly well known brands, coz mostly adalah jenama Australia.. Hey, I figured, bila lagi nak beli Australian brand perfumes kan? Jenama2 yang lain senang dicari hehehe... Tapi terbeli juga lah Davidoff Echo and Ducati for Mr Hubby :)

Fruits!!!! Yummmm.... the fruits were uber-licious!! Super yummy... Especially the persimmons (U can't see them here, but they were inside the box underneath the bagful of kiwi fruits... Yup, I bought the whole box!! Esp since my mother in law loves them!!! And surprisingly, the persimmons were very, very crunchy, not at all like the one we typically find in Malaysia... Sedaaapppppp..... *Drool*.... My only regret is not getting the grapes.. Coz sangat2 crunchy dan manis!! Somehow tak jumpa anywhere huhuhuu...

Bagz... bagz... BAGZ...!!!! Sukeee sgt2, especially that large tote bag with the golden holes... Super unique and very, very roomy!!! And I got lots of Australian tote bags for my biz partners... And also I got myself these nice shades... And also the flag and pinky hat for our group shots!! Sayangnya the hat is slightly different than the others' coz they ran out of that exact same one... Oh well, that makes me unique then :P.. I also got a Givenchy towel, koala bears, cap for my brother, and unique ashtray for my dad...

Actually you can't really see them here, but I found these really cute mini eyeshadows and blushers!! And also lip glosses, all in super cute mini packages... Perfect for traveling next time! Tak payah laa Liza bawak bag makeup besar2 hehehe... And also since I bought so many perfumes, they gave me a lot of perfume mini samples as well :D

Rings and bracelets!!!!! I went crazy sungguh with jewelry... rings alone Liza beli sampai penuh satu kotak...!!! I especially love the seashell ring.. the one right in front here... yang spiral tu... That is actually carved from a seashell!!! Bought it after we had that fish and chips near the harbour tu... Sukeee sgt!!! One of my favorites now! My only regret is not buying more bracelets, coz Liza byk hadiahkan bracelets dan necklaces to my biz partners and family :).. Xpe, Hong Kong masih ada... :D

Stationary!! X plan nak beli pun, tapi dah terjumpa dan rasa benda ni sgt cute (especially the notebooks!!) so I end up beli je hehehe... Boleh bawa gi kelas to take my notes after this :)

Soap!! Moisturizer!!! Tea tree oil!! Eucalyptus essence!!! Tak lengkap pegi Perth if tak bawa balik barangan2 yg berunsurkan tea tree, eucalyptus dan lanolin ni.. Coz ni mmg specialty items from Australia :)

Pergi Perth 1 bag, balik sampai 3 bags okeyyyy..... Isy isy isy...

And I wasn't done yet... On the last day, kami kena check out hotel... And kena board the bus with our luggages at 11:30 am to take us to lunch and to the airport..

But guess what?? At 11 AM (yup, with half hour to go!!!)... Liza, Salha, Hanis dan Mai sempat lagi amik cab from the hotel to go to.......

Yup!! Sempat lagi tuuuu!!!! Masa kami sampai ke Gucci, diorang betul2 baru unlock pintu depan tu! Terusss kami rempuh masuk!!! Heheheee....

Simple je Liza pilih... coz yelah, nak beli dalam masa 15 mins, tak sempat nak fikir2 sgt... Dahlaa Liza laaangggsunggg x survey before I went, ni betul2 spur of the moment punya!! So Liza ambil based on 3 criteria sahaja - 1) besar, 2) shoulder carry, dan 3) classic design.. Hehe

Pastu keluar je Gucci, siap lari2 lagi cari cab hehehe... Buruk sungguh... Mai siap amik video pulak tu!! Liza dgn Salha lari2 ke arah cab... Tapi takpe, Liza takkan tunjukkan video tu sampai bila2 heheheheeeee.... Biarlah menjadi satu misteri hehehe....

Hehe finally... we are at Day 3!!! Thank you for being sooo sporting with Liza and letting me share with you all the fun I had in Perth recently :).. And thank you sooo much to the company for giving me yet another 100% FREE TRIP :) :) :)... So enjoy the pics yeaaa....

And also the photo shoot session after the Gala Dinner... hehe bila lagi nak terasa cam model gituuuu.... Siap ada photographers (Alfaath and Razali) tolong direct hehehe.... Thanks guys for being patient with me yg tak reti posing!!! Hahahaa....

Alhamdulillah, the trip was a huge success... I achieved my shopping goals (boleh ke ada shopping goals macam tu?? :P) and to bonding bonding with my best buddies aka sisters and cousins in this business... and also got to really enjoy the City of Perth for the second time (the first time when I was 15) with other excellent achievers in this biz!! Well done Perth 2011 qualifiers!!!

We drove past many, many vineyards like this.. Grapes kat Perth were seriously sedap!! Crunchy and super fresh!!

Some of the animals at Caversham Wildlife Park... Oohhh... can smell the animals fr far, far awayyyy hehehee *not nice :P*

The farm show was about to start!! Little did we know that Liza would be taking part in the actual show!!

This sheep has very, very thick fur... Hmmm... imagine all the clothes that can come from one sheep!!

Alhamdulillah.... We have safely returned from our trip to Perth... yup, another FOC trip courtesy of the company!!

It was soooo much fun, and the weather was just perfect when we were there!! The people were very friendly, the scenery was beautiful, the food was fresh and delicious, and the shopping was AWESOME!!

Sooo happy with the hotel!! 5 star treatment all the way bebeh!! If pegi sendiri, mesti dok budget hotel punyaaa hehee..

Weehuuu... terasa sungguh honored and proud to see my name on TV!! Heheeee

Letak je luggages, terus siap2 dan keluar... Bila travel, tak rasa pun penat...

The night is still young!! So pi pekena supper kat Fast Eddy's, a 24-hour diner right down the block from the hotel. Their specialty? Blue Heaven milkshake, which was heavenly, and yup, BLUE!!

Sampai tutup dah kedai2 semua... But tak kira... Nak jalan2 jugak.. Time flies when you are having fun with friends!!

Well done excellent achievers!!!!

Happy New Year!!

MasyaAllah... Mesti you all pelik... Why now baru Liza nak

wish everyone kan?

The truth is, 2011 baru berlalu 2 bulan lebih.... Tapi dah

macam2 yg Liza dah experience dalam masa 2 bulan ni....

Membuatkan life Liza sgt sgt hectic... Not to mention kelam

kabut, menyedihkan, exciting, emotional, inspiring,

humbling... Pendek kata macam2lah..

So Liza nak ambil peluang minta maaf lah ye coz blog pun

dah lama tak update betul2.... InsyaAllah, i'll be better after

this :)

So what happened?

Hari ni Liza cerita perkara yg 1st dulu...

Maybe ada yg dah tahu, I just lost my father in law a few

weeks ago.... He lost his battle to lung cancer.... Before he

passed away, he was admitted into the hospital for about a

week.. He fought until the very end, but alas, Allah loves

him more... When the time came for him to move on,

Alhamdulillah he was surrounded by all of his children, his

grandchildren and his ever devoted wife who all recited

non-stop du'aa for him.. Even my baby Aisyah pun ada...

Sebak sgt masa tgk heart monitor tu going down to zero,

but we were quietly glad that he went with such peace and

ease and surrounded by those who loved him....

MasyaAllah....

Belum tentu lagi kita ni camana kan.... Minta2lah Allah bagi

peluang utk kita bertaubat dan berjasa sebelum terlambat

InsyaAllah....

And when the time came for solat jenazah, Subhanallah...

About 700 ppl came!!! Murahnyaaa rezeki arwah Abah,

even in his death.... Yg non Muslims pun ramai sgt yg

datang to pay their last respects... Ramai betul org

sayangkan dia...

If u all nak tau, arwah Abah ni org yg cukuppppp suka

membantu org2 lain... I am always inspired by his

generosity and selflessness... Selalu meletakkan org lain

before diri dia sendiri... His life was always about helping

others...

This experience has humbled me.. And inspired me... One

day Liza plan to write more about him... A tribute to a truly

great man whom I've had the honor of calling him my

father for the past 11 years.. But for now, cukuplah Liza

katakan, that we all miss him very much, and at least for me

personally, Liza terasa lebih berazam nak gunakan peluang

yg Allah dah kasi kat Liza to help others sepertimana Abah

dulu..

He managed to do a lot of good thru his businesses, and

Alhamdulillah, Liza sendiri pun dah dapat peluang yg sama,

a chance to do good thru my own biz...

Peluang nak menaikkan taraf hidup keluarga sendiri dan

juga all my biz partners...

Peluang nak meningkatkan kesihatan para keluarga dan

kenalan...

Peluang nak bantu orang2 lain yang susah nak mendapat

zuriat (this is very very close to my heart... Coz Liza sendiri

went thru the same tough experience...)

Peluang nak berbakti kepada masyarakat yg memerlukan

bantuan...

Insya Allah...

Semoga Allah berkati usaha2 Liza ni... And I invite you to

10 Months Of Wearing Premium Beautiful... What I Have Seen

Selalu orang tanya I,

"Liza, apa effect pakai Premium Beautiful (PB) ni?

"Hmmm... betul2 ke berkesan pakai PB ni?? I dgr macam2 testimony dah.. cam too good to be true.. tak caya jeee"

"Apesal harga PB ni mahal sangat?? I beli yg Tr**mph ke, Av*n ke, laaagiiii murahhhh..."

"Eh, pesal u kata every woman kena ada satu? I ni dah kurus, so tak moh dah slimming2 ni.. so wat apa I nak pakai??"

Haaa... itu soalan2 biasa yg orang tanya, and I pun admit.. dulu mula2 pun I bertanya soalan yang sama.. coz tak caya yang PB ni boleh solve a lot of my problems.. yelaa.. CORSET laa katakan.. benda yang sangat simple, yang I honestly I underestimate PB masa mula2 nak pakai dulu..

But if you remember I cerita dulu, I decided to try juga coz my friend Salha guaranteed that PB ni sangat comfy and boleh hilangkan stretch marks I...

Now it has been 10 months since I pakai and also introduced to family and friends, and all I have to say is, "ALHAMDULILLAH... I RASA BERSYUKUR sangat2 Tuhan buka hati I untuk try.."

You know why? Okay, let me share my OWN experience yaa... and what I have seen dgn mata kepala I sendiri..

1) My waist dah reduce 13 inci!! And weight pun dah turun from 100kg to 79kg!! I know, I know, mmg lah I nih masih heavy, tapi kan, considering I managed to lose all these weight TANPA DIET OR EXERCISE, kira okeyyyy laaa tuuuuuu hehehehehe.. Hubby I slalu cakap, if only laa I ni control skit makan ke, buat light exercise ke.. confirmm laagiii banyak turunn.. hehehe..

And walau pun I still besar, my body is sgt curvy now.. ala ala Queen Latifah gituuu hahaha.. but seriously, if you pegang badan I (hohohh bahayaaa suh pegang lak tuuu), u can feel my body dah firm and tegap.. tidak lagi menggeleberrrr... so for those yg dah lose weight pun, boleh pakai PB to firm up those flabs... alternative to PB?? Plastic surgery hohohooo... takuttt...

2) My stretch marks yang time pregnant naik sampai 30 kg (sampai org ingat i pregnant kembar huhu) tu dah mostly gone!! Imagine laa.. daripada berlingkar2 hitam sampai penuh perut, to very2 light and only sikit je lagiii.. hebat laa tuu!!!! Tak payah dahhh pi buat laser treatment ke.. cosmetic surgery ke... jimat woooo :) :) :)..

3) Very noticeably - MY FACE is now sangattt smooth and clean.. sampai aunties and cousins I time jumpa kat weddings and time raya hari tu siap tanya lagi, "Lizaaaa... awok buak apo sapa muko comey lagu nih???" Hehe.. bahasa Kelate coz my parents org Kelate :).. Siap ada yang tanya, apa skincare I pakai?

Haaa you all nak tau satu embarrassing secret tak?

Actually I dah tak pakai any skincare for many months now.. bukannya sengaja, tapi I ni mmg cukup malass nak 3-step everyday (yelaa, cleanser, toner, moisturize kan)... so mmg since dulu2 mmg slalu miss, tapi masuk je 2, 3 hari tak cuci muka, mula laa nampak jerawat2 yg tak beshhh..

... tapi adelaa skali tu, i balik from travel, and terlupa nak keluarkan set skincare from my bag, so langsunggg terus tak ingat nak pakai... alih2 je, by the time i teringat tu, dah dekat 2 MINGGU bebbb!!!!! Hohhhh... horror jugak!! Terus gi buat facial... Tapi bila tgk muka, dahlaa takde breakouts, pastu org kat spa tu pun heran.. coz whiteheads and blackheads pun takde langsung!! WHOAAA.. NEVER IN MY LIFE man!! Not even time I zaman muda remaja dulu have I enjoyed such good skin Alhamdulillah...

Bukanlah I kata pakai PB ni takyah cuci muka dahhh.. actually I pun should start balik, at least moisturizer, yelaaa.. I kan dah 30 huhu.. all I'm saying is, with consistently wearing PB, Alhamdulillah my face is bersih and even toned.. :) so I kinda jimat on skincare yg beratus ratus tuuu hehehehehe...

4) My internal bodily functions dah super improved.. ESPECIALLY my bowel functions. Dulu u tau tak.. I used to suffer from chronic CONSTIPATION.... ni kalau nak cerita, panjang cerita.. nanti I blog about this pulak.. but suffice to say, I penah tak gi tandas sampai 1 WHOLE WEEK!!! Sampai penah jumpa doctors laa kan.. Siap penah kena colon therapy lagi huhuhu... *TOBAT TAK NAK DAH... SEKSAAA....*

But Alhamdulillah.. skang ni I sgt2 regular.. everyday at least once *hehe malu*.. takyah dah nak jamu2 ke.. makan pelawas keee... hehehe... jimat laaagiii...

And not only that, energy levels pun dah pickup.. jumpa client sepanjang hari pun okeyyy jee.. tak lah melepekkkkk je cam dolu2...

5) Hormones and period dah sgt regular... and back pain / senggugut pun langsung dah takde.. Actually kan, masalah hormone or period tak regular ni perkara biasa nowadays.. ramai clients I yg slim2 pun, they suffer from irregular hormones.. yg besar2 cam I ni.. laagiii laaa susceptible... itu pasal laa I kata sesapa pun boleh benefit from PB nih.. not just those yg badan2 besar sahaja..

6) Ni my sister in law punya testimoni.. dia ada 5 ketul cysts in both her breasts, but Alhamdulillah, after pakai dah completely gone!!!! Plus my hubby's family history ada cancer... so when she checked that all her cysts are gone, dia SUPER SUPER happy sgt2!! Siap dah sama2 join I buat biz PB ni tauuuu!!! And if you all nak tau laa kan, masa mula2 I rekomen PB ni kat dia, dia laannngggsunggg takmoh dengar.. siap cakap "Corset itu satu penyeksaan!!!"

(mula2 I nak letak gambar cysts but after tgk, I geliii.. huhu.. takmohlaaa...)

I am glad that I dah berjaya ubah perception dia.. coz she is a very, very skeptical and hard to convince person.. If dia tak suka, mmg straightforward dia cakap tak suka.. but IF SHE SAYS SHE LOVES IT, then u KNOW it is a totally superb product. The fact that dia pun dah total believer in PB.. hmm.. enough said :). (K Ina, hope u don't mind me sharing kat sini :)..)

7) Ada client2 i yg lain2 bagi testimoni like asthma reduced, migraine dah hilang, blood clot dah takde, exzema pun kurang etc etc.. but i tak nak komen panjang yg ni coz ni i tak experience sendiri.. but I am very, very happy lah for all my satisfied customers :) :) :) yayyyy....

Tapi pendek kata kan, with just this one SIMPLE item, u get benefits as if guna pelbagai jenis different product!! So it is totally worth the investment! Dahlaa with the installment plan, actually anyone pun boleh afford pakai..... sebenarnya kan, ada orang penah cakap kat I, "I cannot afford NOT TO WEAR IT..."

Alhamdulillah.... my eyes recovered just in time for my Swiss trip on October 1!! I was soooo worried that I couldn't fully enjoy the country, yg sememangnya terkenal sgt2 dengan its natural beauty.. But God was kind to me, and granted me perfect vision for the trip hehehe... Alhamdulillah..

Oh, I terlupa nak informyou all yang I akan pegi Swiss ke?? Hehe sorry if I forgot to mention it in
this blog before.. Yup, I went to Swiss earlier this month with Mr Hubby, and we had the BEST TIME EVER!! Besstttt sangat2........!!!

It has always been my dream to go to Europe, and I langggsunnggg tak terpikir, tup tup, destinasi pertama di Europe ialah Switzerland!! Ingatkan nak start ngan London dulu ke, Paris ke... yelahh... destination yg biasa orang pegi laa kannn...

Tapi titibe, dapat gi Swiss pulak tuu!!! YEAAHOOOOO.... Subhanallah, memang secantik yg kita tengok dalam movies dan poster lah.. cantik betul ciptaan Allah..

I STILL CAN'T SEE.....

OH NOOOOOO.... It's been 3 weekas since my Lasek procedure and I still haven't recovered. My vision is not yet 100%. To be honest, I can't see what I'm typing, just going by feel and hope that I don't do too many typos. Sorry for the silence, but I will start posting again as soon as possible. Ad sorry for anyt ypos, if any (I bet there are many huhu).

I'M FREAKING OUT!!!

In a few hours, Liza akan go thru this eye operation called LASEK - laser epithelial keratomileusis. Basically, it's similar to LASIK, but tapi from what I heard and read, is MORE PAINFUL!!! And recovery time pun longer than LASIK huhu....

Whylaaa aku nak gi wat LASEK instead of LASIK????

Sebenarnya, not by choice laa youuu... sapelaaa sengaja nak go thru procedure yg lebih sakit huhu..

...tapi I dah takde choice.. if you all nak tau, saya sebenarnya TAK ELIGIBLE pun nak buat LASIK... coz my mata dah teruk sgt... my corneas are too steep, meaning, the shape dah terlalu LONJONG huhu... dahlah power pun dah tinggi... dah around 850 youuuu....tinggi tuuuu...

Hmm.. dahlaa power dah tinggi, pastu cornea too steep, then mata kiri I ni pulak ada permanent problem. Dulu time study kat US, mata kiri ni ada incident fluid build-up kat belakang retina... Pastu I tak treat coz takut mahal sgt kat sana, tunggu balik Mesia... Then by the time dah balik sini, tgk2 dah terlambat, coz fluid tu dah drain, leaving behind a tiny SCAR on my retina. And since retina is part of the brain and not the eye, they can't fix the scar.

In the doctor's own words.... "It's kinda like brain damage.. it's permanent".. Aduh... sedihnya I...

Boo hoo. Hoo. Uwek.

So actually, mata kiri saya takleh digunakan utk membaca or any focused vision. Coz scar tu right in the middle, so the center of my vision is BLUR... tak nampak langsung.. Kalau time gi check mata tu kan, kan kita kena baca yg eye chart tu kan, yg ada huruf2 tulah... so let's say kan the line says A, B, C.. I can only see partial A and C.. B langsung takde... sedihnya memikirkan huhu...

Basically, when it comes to reading or focused vision, I totally rely 100% on my right eye.

Which is why I'm freaking out a bit about the operation. What if something goes wrong???? Naudzubillah...

On one hand, if the operation ends up badly, I'll be worse off than before. From having only one good eye to no good eye at all. But again I say, Naudzubillah... mintalah dijauhkan Aameeennn...

But on the other hand pula, if I don't do this surgery now, my power akan keep increasing and increasing. And my right eye will be under even more strain. And if I put off this surgery, what if the next time I go back, what if they say I am no longer eligible for LASIK OR LASEK?? Then what do I do?? Bukannya boleh tukar biji mata baru!!!! Aduhaiii....

With one good eye, I risau juga if I let the right eye strain too much.. At least with the surgery, the resulting (insyaALlah) reduced or zero power, mata tu cam reset lah balik kan? Tak ke? Yelah kan? At least I think so.. Hmmm...

I'm going ahead with this. Nothing ventured, nothing gained, right??

ALANGKAH BESTNYA IF PB BOLEH FIX KAN PROBLEM MATA I NI!! Hehehe... Melampau la tuuuu :P..

Nak regulate hormone ke, period ke, nak lancarkan darah ke, nak kuruskan and reshape kan badan ke, nak increase energy level ke, nak rawat sakit belakang, pinggang, leher, migrain kepala ke, nak try conceive ke, boleylaaa InsyaAllah.... Nak treat mata sampai takde power tu tipulah woiii!!!! Hehhehehe....

My First Time Wearing Premium Beautiful...

Okeh, sambung cerita.. finally, my PB set arrived. I dgn penuh excitednya ajak Salha datang ke rumah utk ajar I pakai... tapi nervous pun ada juga... eeiii, what if tak muat ng I? What if I pakai tak selesa? Betul ke Salha cakap PB ni comfy boleh pakai hari2 for 8 hours? Usually I pakai corset tahan sampai 3 - 4 hours je maximum, time wedding ke, function ke, but never for daily use!

Siap shave lagi kauuu.... hahahahaaaa... yelaaa... maluuuuuuuuuuuuu la weiiiiiiiii.............

So, the moment of truth. Salha pun bantu I pakai... FUuhhh... boleh muat ke ni? Nampak cam kecik je... Okey, ready Liza.. 1, 2, 3.... whooooaaaaaaa!!!! IT FITS!!! Not only it fits, it's super comfy!! I siap experiment duduk bangun, duduk bangun lagii.... langsung tak roll like usual corsets, and not only that, tak menyucuk2 isi... terkejut badak aku!!

I siap terjerit lagi, "SALHAAAA!!!!! OH MY GOD....!!!" Nak tau sbb apa I terjerit?? Coz I terkejut at the instant transformation to my shape.. from super menggelebeh to terus ada curves... my backside terus lentik and all the bonjolan2 lemak on my back and hips terus hilang! Not only that, my bits and pieces (boobs and butt la, apa lagi..) yg dah terkendur ke bawah terus up, up and UP!!! Defying gravity siot!! No wonderlaa Salha cakap makcik2 umur 50, 60 pun ada yg pakai.. yelah, nak menaikkan balik apa2 yg dah jatuh kan... faham la den sekarang haha...

Yang paling amazing for me, is that I langsung tak rasa mengah... cakap pong pang pong pang pun takde masalah.. to sesapa yg kenal Liza ni, you all know I ni kan mulut murai!! Hahahahahahahahaha.....

Alhamdulillah... my first time experience wearing PB was SUPER AWESOME. It was everything that Salha said it would be. My instincts told me that YES, I have made a very good investment for myself :)

Tak sabarnya nak tengok the actual results pemakaian PB ni... looks like I kenalah pakai selalu2 seperti yg disarankan hehe... But if comfy camni, NO PROBLEMO lah!!

This was slightly more than 5 months ago.. Nanti Liza update pula my personal experience pakai PB ni, apa effects yg Liza dah nampak so far.. Nanti I update lagi. Now nak bersiap sedia utk dinner hehe.. Hmm... laparlaa...

Haha... I'm back again!!! So, let's sambung cerita....

So I asked my friend Salha, apa secret dia to maintaining her curvy figure after two kids?? Considering the way she normally eats, I'm surprised she's still sooo vogue after all these years!!

Salha said, "Alaa Liza, I pakai corset Premium Beautiful ni je... You should try it la Liza.. confirm boleh kurus"

Dengar je word corset, terus I cakap "Oh-ho, sorry, no thanks. I dah ada SATU DRAWER (LACI) penuh ngan corsets yang tak terpakai... What for I nak buy one more??"

So Salha asked, "If you already have a drawer full of corsets, why you tak pakai after bersalin?"

I pun jawablaa.. "How to wear? Tak comfy corsets tu semua... tak tahan laa nak pakai lama2" And trust me guys, if someone my size says they are not comfy wearing corsets, memanggggggggggggg tak comfy betul...

To which Salha answered, "Just try Premium Beautiful ni. I GUARANTEE you pakai comfortable, even though you are big sized... Trust me. Just cuba saja.. And not only you can get your shape, your STRETCH MARKS pun boleh hilang"

"Ha, corset boleh hilangkan stretch marks ke???" First time I dgr corsets boleh hilangkan stretch marks ni!! Isy.. I'm intrigued!

I decided to give it a try. What do I have to lose right?

So Salha measured my size *blush blush* and ordered my set. Wowww... CUSTOM SIZE ke?? That's a first for me. All this while, I beli corset ikut size yg dah tersedia dlm package tu je.. If seluar size XXL, then bra pun XXL laa.. manalaa sedap pakai for badan I yg tak proportionate ni (FYI, my cup size is F huhu...). If beli set yang size bra besar, kang seluar nya longgar pulak... If I beli yg kecik sikit, kang kat atas pulak sakit2 coz tulang bra tu akan menekan2 kat badan I.. digging into my flesh sampai lebam2 sometimes huhu... tu yg end up malas nak pakai corset tu...

Huish.... dah order dah Premium Beautiful I ni.. tak sabarnye nak try my set!!! Siap kena special order lagi haa coz size besar huhu... tapi tak kiralah, I dah excited ni!!!!

Okeh, nak gi baking jap. Nanti I sambung cerita pasal my first time experience pakai Premium Beautiful nih... a very interesting and embarrassing experience hahaha...

My Amazing Body Experience - Part 1

Alhamdulillah.... I finally get to update my blog... this week has been soooo crazy... with my cake decoration diploma classes, I was lucky I even had time to eat and spend time with my baby and hubby!

So, let me tell u more about this AMAZING transformation that I've been going through... like I said, dulu Liza ni OBESE, my waist measured at 45 inches, my pants sume sizes 18 or 20... my weight? Fuuhhh.. at one point cecah dekat 100 kg you.... so horrible...

Dahtu, my hubby and I have been trying to have a baby for years... we've had 6 MISCARRIAGES before we got baby Aisyah at the 7th time. Each time, docs couldn't explain why kitorang miscarried.. Semua possible factors came up to light - hormones tak balance la, badan gemuklah, rahim sejuklah, darah tak lancar lah, etc etc etc... Tapi until today nobody knows for sure apakah sebab sebenarnya we all had those 6 miscarriages..

So when I got pregnant again the 7th time, my doctor advised me to reallllyyyyy take it easy... that meant no driving, no cooking, no cleaning, no doing house work of any kind, no physical activity of any kind... pendek kata, Liza punya activity time pregnant was makan dan tidooooo saja... even makan punnggg hubby yg sediakan huhu...

Nak tau tak berapa kilo total Liza pun on masa pregnant?? Jeng jeng jeng..... 30 KG TAU!!!! Orang biasa paling byk pung naik 20kg je, tu pun dah kira banyak gila tu... but I put on 30 kgs throughout the pregnancy!! Org siap tanya I if I was carrying TWINS!! Wahhhh teruk betul...!!

You can just imagine STRETCH MARKS I camana.... hitam berlingkar2... from atas pubes all the way sampai ke bawah bust area... pakai losyen to prevent stretch marks time pregnant pun hampeh tak jalan... yelaa, nama pun naik 30 kg mak ooiii!! Losyen pun give up...

And then, since precious baby, I had no choice but to deliver via C-section, coz docs tak moh amik unnecessary risk...

So bila dah bersalin, tak pantang pulak tu.... coz dua2 mak n mak mertua keja, so takde sesapa nak tolong jaga i huhu... jadi maid mak i lah yg tolong i time pantang tu... dia pulak hantam saja... siap masakkan i pancake time for breakfast lagi tu... so apa lagi, org lain berpantang asyik makan ikan stim dan sup2 je... i pulak bedal kari la, ayam goreng la, pancake la!! Hahahaha...

To make it worse, tak berbengkung or berurut pulak tu.. yelah, C-section la katakan...

So u all boleh imagine lah... betapa teruknya condition I after bersalin.... tapi I ni pun satu, malas nak wat apa2 for myself... makan tak jaga, exercise tak mau.. pastu I just GAVE UP. I langsung tak berusaha to get back into my old clothes... my jeans tu I dah siap lipat masuk kotak, and end up pakai seluar cerut je manjang... itulah seluar time I pregnant, and even after bersalin, itulah seluar I pi keja!!

Teruk kan?

My body, especially my tummy mmg sangat buruk dan geli rupanya... dah laa flabby, bercorak2 stretch marks pulak tu... dekat kawasan rahim pun sakit coz scar from C-section tu tak heal lagi... nak rasa sexy for hubby pun jgn haraplah... I HATED LOOKING AT MYSELF!!! Apatah lagi nak kasi hubby tgk huhu......

Nak jadi cerita, ada laa one day my friend, Salha ni dtg visit ke rumah nak tgk baby... and I macam sgt impressed tgk dia... walaupun anak dah 2, badan dia still cun cam dulu2... lagi curvy adelah.. dulu masa anak 1 pun body flat je hehe *sory ek Salha*.. tapi now FU-YOH!! Sgt mengancam!! Dahlaa I tau my friend ni set2 makan byk gila... mmg ng I pun kalah... Bolehlaa kan, if pegi makan sushi, dia sorang je boleh abis 9 PINGGAN!!! I share2 ng hubby pun baru 6 pinggan ye... isy isy isy... Cane eh dia boleh maintain camtu skali??

Pastu bila order chicken mushroom pie ngan I kan, dia boleh makan sorang pulak tu... pie yg 9" dia beli tu, right there and then depan I dia boleh makan sampai tinggal satu suap je lagi!! For hubby katanya... Hahaha.... teruk betul... Gila byk makan, tapi badan cun! Tak boleh jadi ni..

I punya lah tak tahan.. I pun tanyalah apa rahsia Salha... dia jawab, "Alaa Liza senang je... I pakai this one product je... totally safe, nanti I share with you.."Wahhh... tak sabar I nak dgr more from Salha... I pun nak nampak cantik cam dia... okeh, nanti I pun sambung kat Part 2.. panjang dah ni, nanti u all pening hehe.. I pun nak gi kuar jalan ni.... but I promise to update soon!!

5 months ago... my waist measured at... get ready for this... FORTY FIVE INCHES.. that's 45" guys, YEP, I WAS HUUUUGGEEEE.... and OBESE SANGAT2....

2 days ago, I went to the tailor, and guess what?? My waist is now down to 35 INCHES!!!

That's a 10 INCHES difference!!! 5 bulan boleh turun 10 inci ka??? WOWWWW!!!

I was so happy I couldn't believe my eyes!!!!!!!!!! Serious terkejut!!!! But Syukur Alhamdulillah..... :) :) :)

Still more to go, I'm not quite at my ideal weight and size, but yg I terkejut sgt tu ialah considering I langsung tak exercise or go on a diet, that's not too bad, right? Hehehe...

Dahlah what I'm doing ni langsung zero side effects... trust me, bab ni Liza boleh cerita panjang coz I dah try bermacam2 produk kat luar tu, and dah EXPERIENCE sendiri pun macam2 side effects yg negatif dan tak best...

5 months = 10 inches, average about 2 inci sebulan tuhhhh.... Alhamdulillah....

Hahaha, mesti korang tertanya2 apakah my secret right? Tak secret pun, and I would be more than happy to share, but it's late, n I nak pi tido dah.. Early day tomorrow...

Nanti esok2 Liza cerita lagi... so watch this space yeah?
